Riverside Medical Center is a six-story Physician’s Office Building with basement that is economically designed with a composite floor system. Steel moment frames support the precast façade.

A precast clad pedestrian bridge, designed with a modified vierendeel steel tube truss to maximize light infiltration, provides a link to the main body of the hospital. Careful consideration was provided to address the forces and movement caused by expansion and contraction between the pedestrian bridge and the POB.
