1ST EAST SIDE SAVINGS AND LOAN

Located along the Atlantic Coast of Florida, this two-story bank was designed to resist 140 mph hurricane winds.  Each of the structural components from the mechanical screen on the roof to the foundations were engineered to withstand the resulting wind pressures, creating a structure that will endure throughout the years.  Our office was involved throughout the construction process and was even requested to design the construction fence to satisfy the local building departments requirements.

This project was featured in “Metal Architecture” magazine.
